People looking for work use the platform for free. A new employer starts with CHF 3. A post costs CHF 1 and stays up for 30 days. A request to a person costs CHF 0.50, once per person. After an application or request, employer and person may rate each other (1–5 stars, optional short text without a link). The balance does not expire and is not refunded. The price shown in CHF is the full amount, with nothing added. Stripe sends the receipt to the employer's Google address. No VAT is added. Applications stay in Replies after a post has ended. Deleting the account drops the member number, reviews, and any balance. The number is not given out again. The Google identifier stays, so the starting CHF 3 is not given again. Optional donations in the Global Donate Chat help run the platform, do not add employer balance, are not refunded, and are not tax-deductible charity gifts.
